- Contact form: name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional) and your message.
- Driver application: full name, phone, email, city and state; CDL class, years of experience, endorsements, equipment types and availability date; an optional resume file and notes; and your consent.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account numbers or health information through this website.
Information handled automatically
Like any website, the servers that deliver this site process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This appears in standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability. We do not use it to profile you.

4. How form submissions are delivered
When you submit a form, the website's server forwards your submission by email to Yunak Corp. Our team receives and processes it from our company mailbox. The website does not keep a database of submissions. Emails are handled by the email and hosting providers needed to deliver and store them for us, and are subject to Yunak Corp.'s own retention practices (see section 8).
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses only what is strictly necessary for it to work. We do not use analytics, advertising, social-media or cross-site tracking cookies, pixels or fingerprinting.
The only item the site stores in your browser is a small setting, yunak-notice-dismissed, saved in your browser's local storage so that the notice at the bottom of the page does not reappear after you click OK. It stays on your device until you clear your browser data and is never sent to us. All fonts and images are served from this website itself, so your browser does not contact third-party services to display the pages.
Because we do not track you across websites, there is nothing to opt out of. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals in the sense that we do not sell, share or track regardless of them.
6. Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. We disclose information only to:

Depending on where you live (including California and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use it; access a copy of it; correct it; delete it; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of.
To make a request, email admin@yunakcorp.com or call 847-893-7180. We may need to verify your identity, for example by confirming the email address you used. We will respond within 45 days, and may extend that once by another 45 days where permitted, telling you why. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
California residents may also ask us once a year which categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes; we make no such disclosures.
10. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Driver positions are for adults only. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
